The Aim devices have been designed for the use in the motor sport and are for this especially robust and reliable. Although one can have a defect (often caused by accidents) and has to be repaired. We have very good trained employees, an accordingly equipped workshop and have nearly all spare parts ready, in order to get your device as fast as possible functioning again.

Please keep in mind that we are mainly busy with the transaction of the orderings from the beginning of the season and repairs can only be done "secondary". Meaning if you already know in autumn that your device has to be repaired, please send it directly to our company, because than we have much more time to look after and repair it than in spring.

Before you send a device in, you should take the manual once again and check whether perhaps a misuse or an assembly error is the cause for the disturbance. Should you not be able find anything by reference to the manual, please take contact over 09001-920440 with our service-hotline. Please keep the memotec –and Aim-serial-number ready.

In case you are sending us a device for repair repair from Switzerland or a not EG-country, you should first inform yourself at customs on the current regulations and rules and stick to those. Anyhow an accompanying letter must be enclosed to the device, from which it is very obvious that the device will be returned back to Switzerland after the repair, as well as a declaration of the current value of the defect device, so a low value, since it is not functioning correctly.

If these conventions are ignored, your shipment will end up at the customs in Heilbronn and must be picked up personally by the forwarder or receiver. This move means approx. 21/2 man hours and the travel cost for 75 km. For this we charge 150 €.

Please also note that we cannot exclude the possibility that costs will be charged, if it is a repair out of warranty, at least 40,- € net function test costs and shipping costs will be charged.
