Level for weighing wheel loads and measurement plates

For high accuracy corner weight scaling and wheel alignment an exactly leveled weight scale or alignment rack is needed. All pads must have exactly the same height level and a horizontal position. Therefore we have developed a new low cost tool: Laser-WSL.

One weighing element will be adjusted by the means of the two water levels in the base of the laser device. 

Put one weight scale pad in the correct position using the two integrated vials in the base of the laser unit. Put the target unit onto the other pads, bring them all in horizontal position and adjust the height until the laser beam hits the centre of the target. You can’t have it easier. A quick check by switching both units (crosswise) confirms the accurate alignment in the altitude and horizontal.

WSL 2 has precisely milled aluminum base plates and no integrated water levels. It is used by teams that so far justified their weighing wheel loads with an engine water level. Now the engine water level is only needed for the adjustment of the first weighing element, because the other three will be adjusted with the WSL2. This is absolutely exact and very comfortable.

We advice you to use only milled weighing wheel loads, because only those can be setup precisely.
